Sumaiyya is a Senior Lawyer of the firm working in the Corporate Department. She has completed BSL-LLB (Bachelors of Social Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Law) and Diploma in Cyber Laws in the year 2009, and LLM in the year 2016 from Pune University, Maharashtra, India. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She was working as a litigation lawyer for 6 years and has practiced law in various Primary Courts in the City of Pune as well as other major cities in Maharashtra, India. She has also conducted cases before the Appeal Court in Mumbai, India and Arbitration Panels. Prior to joining MAR Law Firm, she was working in a reputed law firm as a Legal Consultant for 2 years in Oman. Her current work profile includes immigration law and corporate law wherein she is responsible for drafting immigration applications, coordination of the immigration work and also drafting and reviewing various contracts for individuals and companies.
